Kelly & Kelly is a statewide law firm with offices in Savannah and Monticello, Georgia. Our firm provides a wide range of legal services, from civil and criminal litigation to personal injury and real estate.
Kelly & Kelly, LLP was formed in January of 2006 by the father and son team of Roy R. Kelly, III ("Robby") and Roy R. Kelly, IV ("Rob"). Robby has practiced law in Monticello, Georgia since 1975 representing clients in criminal and civil litigation, real estate and personal injury.
Rob has practiced law in Savannah since 2000 representing clients in matters involving personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, automobile and tractor trailer wrecks, product liability and commercial litigation. In 2016, Cat Johnson joined Kelly & Kelly and practices in the Savannah office.
