Kelly & Kelly, LLP was formed in January of 2006 by the father and son team of Roy R. Kelly, III ("Robby") and Roy R. Kelly, IV ("Rob"). Robby has practiced law in Monticello, Georgia since 1975 representing clients in a wide range of legal matters including criminal and civil litigation, domestic relations and real estate. Rob has practiced law in Savannah since 2000 where he has represented clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters, including personal injury, premises liability, products liability and commercial litigation. The formation of Kelly & Kelly allows Robby and Rob to combine their talents to provide superb representation to their clients throughout the state of Georgia.
